What we believe and our statement of faith? (Links found in the words Statement Of Faith, Global Distictives, The apostles Creed)
Foursquare remains consistent to the founding Statement of Faith. Though ways of doing church may change with context, our message remains anchored in our understanding of God’s Word., with Jesus as Saviour, Healer, Baptiser and Coming King.
What Makes Foursquare Different?
Being a global church that spans hundreds of cultures requires flexibility in style and approach. But every Foursquare church around the world agrees on six foundational principles: kingdom partnerships, sound doctrine, empowering leadership, family relationships, Spirit empowerment and shared mission. These are called our Global Distinctives. It’s what makes us, us.

ABOUT FOURSQUARE AUSTRALIA
The Foursquare Gospel Church (Australia) is part of the global Foursquare Gospel Church, an international Pentecostal family of churches. Our focus is caring for people, both in Australia and internationally through expressing love and acceptance, inviting people to come into a knowledge of the Gospel and its forgiving grace.
What Does Foursquare Mean?
The name “Foursquare” is a Biblical term used for the tabernacle in the Book of Exodus, the Temple of the Lord in Ezekiel 40:47, and used to describe Heaven in the book of the Revelation. The term “Foursquare Gospel” was given in the inspiration of revival to the denomination’s founder, Aimee Semple McPherson, during an evangelistic campaign in Oakland, California in 1922. It represents that which is equally balanced on all sides, established and enduring. Such confidence in the power of the Gospel is also expressed by the verse, Hebrews 13:8, displayed in Foursquare churches, “Jesus Christ the same, yesterday and today and forever.”
The name represents the four-fold ministries of Jesus

The goal is responsible national churches that send and support workers who serve other cultures and countries.
The Four Stage Model allows a growing church to continue to word through the stages in a growing sphere of influence and care for communities, nations and regions.
